Hey Jubal! Jackie & Bender are the reason I wake up on time each day so I can't promise I'll switch over but I do think the career move was smart - people love your work and Brooke's show is awesome so I think it's a perfect match and I wish you much success! This made my day! I love this letter so much. I really hope people stop liking him. Maybe they can finally see how much of a douche he is because he punched that kid. Although they'll probably come up with some excuse that will make them feel better inside, cuz they can only see the good side in him (the little there is).

I don't think this guy has all his marbles, that's for sure. He contradicts himself like 50 times. He keeps talking about how the movie preaches about trying to connect with the divine as being bad. Isn't that what we are all supposed to do, connect with God to make ourselves better? Is God not the creative force in the universe, is God not essentially Nature itself? Thus trying to get back to our roots and stop destroying Nature and thus God for our own greed and personal gain would seem to make Avatar a pro-God/Christianity movie. Shed the trappings of modern society, return to our roots, return to God & Jesus. These seem to be the message, I find nothing demonic, satanic, evil or anti-Christian about this movie.

A rep from Cheaptickets.com called me yesterday morning at about 6:30am. I told him the story and he assured me he was going to be looking into the huge lack of customer service I received.
I eventually did get my money back - with no $7 cancellation fee (thankfully).

I personally won't use cheaptickets.com again for the headache and lack of customer service I had. I'm not going to put myself in that position again.

I appreciate the fact that I wasn't ignored and someone actually followed up on the issue - but I feel that if not for posting my story on teamjubal.com I may have just been ignored. I doubt they reach out to every upset customer like they did with Jubal and myself.

Jubal, I am glad you actually got a response back from them and your issue is resolved. You definitely brought light to this issue and made cheaptickets.com react to the problems. Well done.
